I got fantastic value for my money; the room was beautifully decorated and super comfortable.
The breakfast experience could benefit from a bit more variety in options.

A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Good sleep in a comfy bed, recently renovated and stocked room. Incredible, ideal location close to The Gouvenor's Cafe, eating spots in to town, so close, and eateries and bars, experienced staff...

Quiet and handy location very close to museum and art, and town center; early check-in.

I loved the location! It's super close to town, which made exploring really easy, especially with the kids. The beds were super comfy too, and I enjoyed having a nice little kitchen area for when we wanted to cook. Plus, the bathroom had heated floors-such a cozy touch!
There were some noisy students partying late into the night, which made it hard to sleep. we had some issues with cleanliness; we were short on cups and had to trek to a communal kitchen to grab more. Parking was a bit tricky too, especially with roadworks nearby.

The stay was absolutely WONDERFUL. We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, nevertheless everything was great. The location was great and incredible, you can visit a merchant house museum by walking.

I loved that the hotel was conveniently close to the city center, making it easy to explore shops and restaurants. The cleanliness of my room was excellent, and I appreciated the off-street parking. The bed was comfortable, and the quiet ambiance added to the cozy atmosphere.
Everything was amazing; however, laundry information was lacking.

The heated floors added a cozy touch. I appreciated the modern cleanliness that greeted me upon arrival.
One downside was the lack of an ironing board in the room, which would have been handy for freshly unpacked shirts. A little sink in the kitchen area would have made it easier instead of using the bathroom sink for washing dishes, though I get the layout constraints.

The hotel was modern and inviting. Loved the heated bathroom floors and comfy furnishings. It's wonderfully located near the governor's cafe and just a short stroll to the heart of the city and a few popular attractions.
Only a suggestion. A community laundry would be great 😊.

The heated floors were a cozy touch.
The hand basin in the bathroom was far too small. I found it impractical to brush my teeth without splashing water everywhere.

This spot's a cozy hidden gem! Had heated floors in the bathroom that hit just right after a long day. The communication from the staff was on point, and free parking was a big plus. Just wish there was a laundry to make life easier. Can't get enough of those comfy beds!

Just an optimal selection for a weekend outing in Dunedin with good price-quality ratio. The staff was really helpful when I had an internet issue . Be careful in the parking area. It's narrow and can be tricky.
